We've had several requests for the recipe for our fabulous strawberry and asparagus salad - so here it is, a great summer salad, perfect for Christmas lunch or something you can quickly throw together at the bach.

Generation Active managed to raise enough money to get new sports gear for not one but two schools - Fairfield Primary, and Insoll Avenue School - we're so proud of our staff member Lauren, whose Waikato Uni team ran this campaign - great work Lauren!
