Monday 24th August was Cupcake Day, a fundraiser for the SPCA, but at Rouge we decided to make a whole week of it. We sold over 200 cupcakes, and raised a total of $1126 for the SPCA!
Thanks heaps to anyone who came in and bought one (or many!).

Rouge has won the Sustainability Champion of the Month Award for April! The Sustainability Champions program is a partnership between Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and Waikato Regional Council. Phil was presented with the award at a recent Cambridge Chamber of Commerce "Networking over Coffee" event.

We're thrilled to have come away from the Waipa Networks Business Awards with three lovely trophies - Rouge won Excellence in Sustainability for the second year running, as well as Excellence in Community Contribution. Both sustainability and community are things which we're really passionate about and form part of our key values, so to be recognised in these categories is amazing. Phil also won the emerging business leader award - feeling both very proud and very humbled by this.

That's right, it's business awards time again, and we've just heard that we're finalists again this year!
We're finalists in the Customer Service, and Excellence in Medium Business categories. And Phil is a finalist for the Emerging Business Leader award too.
